We’re grateful to everyone who joined us for the 20th Annual F&A and UHR Staff Recognition Ceremony and Ice Cream Social. It was a joy to celebrate this milestone with you. Photos, the event program, ceremony remarks, and more are now available below.
The F&A Staff Recognition Committee includes at least one representative from each unit within Finance and Administration. Members are appointed by the associate vice presidents of their respective units and serve terms of at least one year.
Established in 2004, the F&A Staff Recognition Committee was tasked with developing a program to recognize F&A staff for their years of service. At the time, a few individual programs existed within F&A units, but there was no unified, formal program for all staff. This led to the first F&A Recognition Ceremony and Ice Cream Social in 2006. The committee also recommended creating a merit award program, with the inaugural awards presented at the 2007 Recognition Ceremony.
Since then, the committee has introduced several additional recognition events and initiatives, continuously enhancing staff appreciation efforts.
