The Staff Representative Group (SRG) within UGA’s Finance and Administration division exists to foster open communication, collaboration, and advocacy across all departments. Comprised of elected staff members, SRG serves as a forum for raising staff-related concerns, sharing ideas, and promoting initiatives that enhance the workplace experience.

The group is committed to:

  • Representing the voices and needs of F&A staff
  • Strengthening unity and transparency across the division
  • Addressing operational and cultural issues through dialogue and action
  • Supporting leadership development and recognition efforts
  • Recommending solutions and elevating concerns to the UGA Staff Council when appropriate

By creating space for meaningful input and inclusive engagement, SRG helps ensure that staff contributions are valued and that the division continues to grow in alignment with UGA’s mission and values.

We welcome input from our Finance and Administration colleagues on activities or matters relating to a unit, division, or the University at large. If you have an item you would like to see addressed at our next meeting, please contact your department’s FASRG representative to include the item on the agenda. In addition, all F&A staff members are welcome to attend FASRG meetings. Please contact your representative to confirm the meeting time and location if you plan to attend.
