New to F&A Day offers a unique opportunity to:

  • Discover the different units within Finance and Administration.
  • Meet F&A leadership and connect with campus and community partners.
  • Explore parts of the Athens campus through immersive guided tours.

Event Details:

The event is held in person with a virtual option for those unable to attend. Capacity is limited to 80 participants, with a waitlist available.

Participants will enjoy a full day of activities, including complimentary breakfast and lunch with the F&A Senior Leadership Team, presentations by F&A leadership, a Q&A session, tours of key sites around the Athens campus, and a closing reception. A panel facilitated by the UGA Office of Government Relations will also feature community leaders and highlight ways to get involved.

Comfortable shoes are recommended for tours, and weather-appropriate clothing (hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, raincoats, etc.) are encouraged for outdoor activities. If you’re unable to join in person, you can still participate online. Eligible F&A staff will receive an email with information on how to register for the virtual option. Participants do not need to take leave to attend, but any unexplained absences or early departures will be shared with supervisors.

We look forward to seeing you there! Welcome to the Finance and Administration family!
