After incorporating additional design work based on input from the Division of Student Affairs, the University of Georgia has updated its plans for the Legion Field redevelopment project to further expand student recreation opportunities in the heart of campus.

Finance and Administration (F&A) and University Human Resources (UHR) have awarded funding to eight interdisciplinary projects through the first cycle of the Driving Advancement Through Action & Data Analytics Working Grants, known as the DATA DAWG Grant Program.

Katie Scoggins came to the University of Georgia to study for a career in public health, but public transit has turned out to be her true calling. Amanda Ganger’s career has all added up to her current position. “I always try to keep a positive attitude about anything that happens,” she said. “Work hard and never get discouraged. That project you’re asked to serve on that seems like it will never end will ultimately be a growing experience.”
