Hayley Clement
Director of Communications
Hayley Clement is the Director of Communications for the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration (OVPFA) at the University of Georgia. In this role, she collaborates with F&A’s central divisions and offices to create and distribute marketing and communications materials to the UGA community and stakeholders. She also manages OVFPA’s digital presence, supports unit-wide committees, and handles public relations activities.
Clement joined the Finance and Administration team in 2022 after serving as an Editorial Account Manager for UGA’s Division of Marketing and Communications. In that role, she provided writing and project management support for key University events and initiatives, including UGA’s Community Impact Campaign, Georgia Magazine, and several Signature Lectures. She began her UGA career in 2017 as a Public Relations Specialist for the Terry College of Business.
Clement holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Piedmont University and a master’s degree in public relations from the University of Georgia. She lives with her husband and their pets in Madison County and enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
